My Horse

In the holidays I got a horse !!! Her name is April . When we got her, her name was April then my granddad started to call her Tubby.

The first time I rode her it was a bit scary because when I tried to stop her she started  trotting and when I tried to walk  her to the fence she would start trotting to the fence. I think she was very excited about someone ridding her.

After that, the next weekend I rode her, she was a lot more calm . When we were putting her back in the paddock she would not go through the gate, I said to mum I can do it? So I tried to put her through the gate she but would not go! Mum got really angry so she pushed her through the gate and then she ran away!!!

Now she is very good !!!
